WHY SHOULD I WEAR CHEST PROTECTION?

One of the familiar hazards of dirt bike or ATV riding is the kickback of roost from the ride in front of you. And of course, some of that roost includes rocks. This is when a roost deflector becomes your very good friend. When you wear a chest protector, you don't need to be one of the riders who walks away with a bruised up chest, or worse. Also, you never know when you're going to launch off your dirt bike, street bike, or ATV and a chest protector can help absorb that impact to your chest if it does happen. Some chest protectors provide broader protection to cover your back and shoulders from impact as well.
